GameON: Finance / Ontario Game Summit / Combo Pass

1. Notification of cancellation must be in writing
2. Cancellations received by fax or email prior to October 1st, 2008 will be refunded less a $50 processing fee.
3. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 6 pm on October 10th, 2008.
4. Attendee substitutions are allowed, but notification must be made in writing prior to October 18th, 2008.
5. No refunds will be granted for non-appearance at the conference.
6. Exceptions to these rules will be made under extreme circumstance on a case-by-case basis to be considered after November 11th, 2008.

Start-Up Company

1. By registering as an Emerging Game Developer, you are confirming that your company: has no more than 5 (five) employees, has been in operation for fewer than 3 (three) years and has Games as your core business.
2. Failure to meet any of the parameters set out in the preceding clause will result in Interactive Ontario voiding this registration.
3. In the event that Interactive Ontario voids your registration, you have the right to either a refund (minus a $25 processing fee) or the option to transfer GameON: Finance fees already paid to an applicable registration fee.
4. Only 1 (one) person per company is allowed to take advantage of this special registration fee.
5. Attendee substitutions are not allowed.
6. No refunds will be granted for non-appearance at the conference.
7. Exceptions to these rules will be made under extreme circumstances on a case-by-case situation to be considered after November 11th, 2008.
