This pass will be made available to assist small games companies "on the rise" in gaining access to this unique opportunity to meet face-to-face with the investment community, as well as to network and become more acquainted with the established gaming community.

Please note that there will be a limited number of Start-Up Passes available, on a first-come, first-served basis only, and are only available to companies who meet the required criteria.   

1) By registering as a Start-Up Game Company, you are confirming that your company: IS A CANADIAN COMPANY has no more than 5 (five) employees, has been in operation for fewer than 3 (three) years and has Games as your core business.

2) YOU MAY BE ASKED TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF THE ABOVE.  Failure to meet any of the parameters set out in the preceding clause will result in Interactive Ontario voiding this registration.  

3) In the event that Interactive Ontario voids your registration, you have the right to either a refund (minus a $25 processing fee) or the option to transfer GameON: Finance fees already paid to an applicable registration fee.

4) Only 1 (one) person per company is allowed to take advantage of the Start-Up Pass special registration fee.

5) Attendee substitutions are allowed, however a request for transfering the pass must be made 3 weeks in advance in writing.

6) No refunds will be granted for non-appearance at the conference.

7) Exceptions to these rules will be made under extreme circumstances on a case-by-case situation to be considered after November 3rd, 2008
