| Margaret Wallace is the Co-Founder and CEO of Rebel Monkey, Inc. -- a venture-backed casual game incubator. Located in the heart of New York City, Rebel Monkey is young and vibrant company dedicated to making their fun and accessible games available to millions of casual game players worldwide.
Ms. Wallace is a founding member and former CEO of San Francisco's Skunk Studios. She also spent time at Mattel, Mindscape, and PF.Magic -- the makers of the original virtual pets programs. During her tenure at Shockwave, Ms. Wallace worked on many popular online games and other "creativity" media, the latter notably among the first applications on the web to celebrate user-generated content.
She serves on the Steering Committee for the International Game Developers Association (IGDA) Casual Games Special Interest Group (SIG). Ms. Wallace was also a Co-Editor of the 2006 IGDA Casual Games White Paper. In 2006, she was named by Next Generation as one of the Game Industry's 100 Most Influential Women.
